Manchester International FestivalManchester International Festival in partnership with Young Voices can announce today the world premiere of "The Schools Festival Song" written by the legendary film composer Ennio Morricone and Manchester writer Nicholas Royle.

Alex Poots, Festival Director of Manchester International Festival, said: "As the only commissioning festival in the world we very much wanted to give something to the people of Manchester.
