David Lawrence

David Lawrence is a freelance conductor, who is increasingly known for his work as an animateur and choral education consultant. He holds a degree in Education with a teaching certificate from Warwick University. David
is one of Britain’s most promising young conductors and
as resident conductor for Young Voices Concerts, takes charge annually and
only his extraordinary skills can bring together such a huge
number of children and produce a brilliant sound.

Craig McLeish
Appearances - 2003, 2004, 2005
Craig McLeish, music director and arranger for Young Voices, creates
a Young Voices Music Pack each year providing participating
schools with a full concert repertoire of specially arranged
songs. Craig began his musical life as a chorister in St Paul's Cathedral. After York University he returned to London to study at the Guildhall and sang again at St Paul's as a tenor. At the time he was also arranging and copying music for West End shows such as Les Miserables and Miss Saigon, and playing bass guitar for various groups.
