Performing again for an incredible fourth time with Young Voices is Keith Semple!!
Most of you will know Keith from One True Voice fame winning Popstars: the Rivals in 2002/2003 and going on to achieve a christmas number two hit and another top ten hit in the British charts. A rock singer / songwriter from Northern Ireland Keith has been part of the Young Voices family since 2003 performing for a record three years in a row through 2005.
Keith performed the hit song "The Living years" by Mike and the Mechanics in 2003 along with his own song "I can’t help myself" and had so much fun he wrote one of the title songs for the 2004 Tour called "You Gotta have Fun." This was a huge hit with the kids and Keith described the kids singing his song as "a once in a lifetime experience!" In 2005 Keith performed the classic Queen songs "We will rock you" and "Don’t stop me now" along with his own successful song "Stay another Day." Young Voices has asked Keith back for a record fourth year in 2008 to be part of what Keith calls "My favourite tour i have ever, or will ever be a part of!"
Keith may only be 27 years of age but has played well over 1000 shows in his time performing live around venues all over Britain and the United States since the age of 14. He is known world wide as a charismatic and energetic performer.
Keith currently resides in Chicago, USA touring the country with one of the biggest grossing indie bands in the world "7th Heaven." Playing with bands such as Journey, Mr. Big, Survivor, Fog Hat, Def Leppard, George Theragood, Gim Blossoms and Reo Speedwagon Keith is no stranger to the big stage. Keith has played over 500 shows in just the last two years and has played over 230 shows this year before playing for us here on the Young Voices Tour.
With a brand new original album released at the start of September called "7th Heaven USA:UK" Keith and his new band have been promoting the album all around the United States and will be hoping to tour Britain and Europe in the new year so keep your eyes and ears peeled for 7th Heaven Band!!
